The nominee in Deceased person's bank account has been changed after the death of the account holder. Please advise.
1). Has the person (A) who has made the changes committed an offence and who can file the police complaint
2). Is the previous nomination still valid and claim can be made by the previous nominee (B). Should B be informed of the situation (of A attempting to receive the bank money through nominee change) as A has said that he has means to obtain the Succession Certificate.
Hi expert, one of my friend was sharing the incident couple of days back that her son is studying in a renowned missionary school in Jamshedpur - Jharkhand. From last couple of months his class teacher is harassing mentally and few times physically. while parents try to put complaint to principle, they literally denied and take clear stand against the teacher. when the parents asked about CCTV footage they simply said its not working. Post that incident her son is facing such incidents more frequently. However parents are decided to take away his son immediately after exam, but they are clueless and very upset and looking for some legal guidance, how to go forward for some strict action should taken against the teacher , principle and school.
I have a filed a cheque bounce case on 15.05.2022. First hearing came on 07.09.2022. The court summoned the accused but the registered post is returned undelivered because of the reason that the accused is not present in the registered address. Second hearing came on 10.10.2022. Second time also summon was issued to the accused but he is not present in that address. Third hearing came on 03.12.2022. Again same issue. Now again court gave next hearing date as 24.02.2023. How many times court will issue the summons? What is the next action court will take if the summon did not reach in hands of accused? Please guide me. Thank you
Forceful unpaid leave after resignation
Dear All,
I have resigned from one of the companies by giving medical reasons and requested the company to relive me early. Company is un-willing to relive me early and advising me to serve notice period without pay. company is suggesting me to hand over all the items and take unpaid leave till the notice period is over.
Do we need to go on unpaid leave till completion of notice period even I if don't want to?
Any suggestion to handle this situation?
