Actually i purchased a baccha flat last year from the seller and it was made in i guess in 2000’s and Right now i have the whole chain of the property and and a legal registry papers so is it still considered illegal or legal because it was made in 2000’s

I wouldn't like to know that what is criteria to get age relaxation for( applying for a new job)central government autonoumous jobs after working in a central govt autonomous institute for more than 6 years as permanant employee and relieved on technical resignation but currently working autonoumous institute not accepting technical resignation and I am working here from past 3 months

I done love marriage without saying to family we get marriage she was living in abroad she came we married on that its self as it was my first marriage but her was second but she ly to me
As muslim we are muslim we marriage as per religion rule and we done affidavit as u knows in love marriage and also religion siggil as aslo we got from kazi who read our nikha in that write as e both have first marriage it that day I done know about her of 2 marriage
After few days she told me that she was married etc etc after that our argument happen as after that my family know everything but I don’t tell about her second marriage after that her father request us that i want make re marriage on same siggil of both of then in my area to show that she is married now
Now we got her parents home but till know i could saw buz of my family reputation but after that
I too her to family doctor for nomal check up for fever as doctor to me that she has operation i got shock then i ask her then at the end she told me i had child and it was died after 3 month of birth
Then we have daily argument
On that aslo my family not aware of this at last she try to raise hand on me 3 times at last attempt family look and call her parents
After that told everything to my family and then i told then to take her parents back at 5 feb and we live only 35 days after that she try to come back to my home i never take her back as she was try to separate my from my family as she forcefully try to come in my home my family took her near police station and record as statment that y u are come here etc in that she discribe

Then 2 month pass i konw about her previous husband case was pending in court
As husband was requesting her to cam back as her father shown us talak nama of her but sign of husband was totally different
Then i decided to send talak ke ban to her after 2 month left my home as i know her case was still pending till now she do any thing or any complaint or nothing
Then i send talak ke ban to her and after that she send advocate notie in that as glaim that woman violence statment for dowry
After 2 months after she send application to my near police station as she live far from my house in that she write i got rape from my husband he force me to take drug alcohol rape me and left my uncle rape me after coming home and my family biten me
As we were living in other home alone
Police call her serval time but she never came in police station then after 1 month police close the application saying she not came and application os fake
After few days she case file near her police station 498a on me and my family ,354 on my uncle
In the application she send that police station was completely different from the one which she send to our police station
Police call us on 41 notice we coparate them
Them he call her but she is in abroad 2 month pass she not came after serval call to father and her
Now what will happen if she not came from abroad as she state fake fir to police and ran away

In private job employee was removed without any notice or inquiry and now employee filed case before the court for reinstate with back wages. The employer is filing false complaints against the employee as police is under pressure. What can a poor employee do in such a situation.

Hi Sir/Madam,
I got a typical problem and need your suggestion.
I am 31 years old, unemployed government job aspirant.
I have applied for PSC(Public Service Commission) exams and will be appearing for them in the coming months.
I am married and we have a kid. When we were married, my wife was working and her salary was above 10lakh per annum. However after our kid, she couldn't cope up with work because of her health conditions. So she resigned the job in the month of August 2023. From then on, she is also jobless. So in the month of February 2024, I have applied for EWS certificate and got it.
However EWS certificate has a clause that it will be given for the previous financial year, that means that the EWS certificate that I got is for the financial year 2022-23, during which my wife holds an employment.
Rightly speaking, even after marriage my wife had to support her maternal family because her father got expired and her brother was still studying. So we were not completely financially stable even though she earned a decent salary. And after her resignation, things got worse.
So, I applying for EWS was legitimate and I know that strongly.
But legally this may not be correct.
Here I need your suggestion. Will this be a problem in the future?
Will there be a question raised that "while ur wife was working, how could u claim for EWS?" If it arises, what reply should I give. Is there any way out here, legally?
I have put my soul and time all these 10years into this exam, and now these questions are making me miserable.
Please suggest me here.

Hi, I'm a Hindu woman and my fiance is a Muslim man who has got khulla from his ex wife. The khula nama is issued by qazi.
Now we want to apply for special marriage act. Is this khula nama valid or will he need to apply for divorce decree?
Please do help understand what are the possible ways without having the need to contact his ex wife.

Hi Sir/Madam,
I have done the registration in the month of March 24 and as per the agreement I had to pay the full and final amount within 180 days of the agreement and it's paid this month on 22Jul.
After the verbal discussion with the saller for the bank loan I have executed the agreement of 48L so where the deal was for 45L now bank have paid the balance 43L to saller and he was supposed to give me 3L back to Clear my personal loan I took for the initial payment of this property.
Now he deducted the 15K from 3L. Now he is not giving me the 50% of society transfer noc amount I trusted that person as he is our neighbour from last 15 years so as per verbal discussion he asked me to pay for noc charges now and told he will give me afterwards and now he is not giving me the possession. We asked for the rent he is not ready pay so and as per the agreement which clearly states that till the time of possession property tax payment or all other dues to be cleared by the saller. He is not ready to pay the tax amount as well now.
On basis of this can you please suggest what legal steps should I take to get my amount and possession.
If I would like to cancel can I get this deal cancel and ask for the full amount with compensation.

My Father in Law (my wife's father) has an ancestral agricultural land of 4 acres in Kolhapur, which was transferred on his name by his father. He also has a 1 married son. He is unwilling to give any part of this land to his daughter (my wife) & also not ready to include her name in 7/12 extract. Does she have any right of claiming any part of this land if her name is not included?
