In private job employee was removed without any notice or inquiry and now employee filed case before the court for reinstate with back wages. The employer is filing false complaints against the employee as police is under pressure. What can a poor employee do in such a situation.

He can deny the allegations levelled at him by engaging an advocate or free legal aid if available in his town/village. Is the employer file a complaint in police station before the termination of employee?

This is a pressure tactics deployed by the employer in order to persuade the employee to withdraw the case filed by him.
The employee should not be deterred by such tactics adopted by the employer, he can challenge the false case also simultaneously besides continuing the civil case seeking the remedy of his employment

No the employer filed police complaint after the employee sends demand notice and their malpractice before police authorities and others.

You can challenge the same on merits and with the support of documentary evidences to prove them false.
