Wherein the candidate inadvertently failed to pen down his signature in one of the designated blanks provided for the same. Apart from that he has signed all other blanks and has also furnished the requisite information within affidavit which is duly notarized. I am from Maharashtra.I sold my only inherited agriculture land in 2014. Now i want to purchase an agriculture land. Am i still consider as a Farmer? Is there any legal procidure to purchase an agri land by purchaser like me?
My parents passed away in road accident in 2012, so we filed case in the Bijapur district court to avail compensation.
Case scenarios:
1. My Father(age=60 at the time of death)was retired state govt servant and was earning Rs 19000/m pension and after death pension revised due to the revision salary. According to the new salary scale, pension revised to Rs 30,000/m.
2. Mother(age=45 at the time of death) was home maker.
3. 4 dependents(daughter-27 Married, son-27 unmarried at the time of death and now married, son 24-working and was studying at the time of death, mother-80 Passed away and was alive at the time of death) and all ages are current ages.
Judgement was made on 2015 Feb from Bijapur court:
1. Awarded 15L and only 60K is for heirs and remaining is for mother of my father but she is not live and as per court still she is alive.
2. Award was made by considering half of the non revised pension(19000) reasoning deduction of personnel and living expenses of deceased. so considered amount is only 9500/m. But the revised pension is 30000 and we have received the remaining amount as arrears from the state govt.
3. As we are major and court saying that we are not depending on our father's income. But at the time of death I was still studying and my brother was jobless and we were completely dependent on our father salary only.
4. Court saying that there is no loss of future prospects to the family, so no question arises for future prospects loss. But I say our father was about to get a revised pension which 30000/m and I lost my further education due to lack of money and mental shock.
My queries?
1. Please tell me whether I can take up this to High court?
2. If yes, then whether I will get better compensation and results than the district court.
3. If yes, what will be the average compensation?
4. What are all the strong points we can take up to high court?

please help me out of this moot problem:
panchamuki river starts in kerala, flows through it for 160kms and crosses tamilnadu, runs through it for 285kms and empties into the bay of bengal. the state of kerala decided to build a large dam across the river at irungnalakuda. the project has already started and is awaiting clearance from central water commisssion, ministry of environment and forest and ministry of welfare. tribal people of five villages living on the banks of the river in the state of tamilnadu, fearing the consequences, formed an agitation committee under the "tribal protest forum" and filed a case against the state of kerala in the Supreme court challenging the dam project on the following grounds.
1. the dam project will cause ecological imbalance and violates their right to environment.
2. their livelihood is affected.
3. they will be displaced since the dam project will submerge their villages.
4. their place of worship will be destroyed and hence the project is violative of their religious right.
5. kerala's action is violative of the Forest Rights Act.
I HAVE TO APPEAR FOR THE RESPONDENT- THE STATE OF KERALA.
I HAVE MANY DOUBTS WITH THIS PROBLEM:
1.WHETHER A STATE CAN BUILD A DAM WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT?
2. IS THERE ANY CASE LAW TO BE CITED FOR THIS MOOT PROBLEM?
3.please frame issues for this problem for the respondent?

I got cheated by a visa consultant in delhi.I applied for EB2 visa through one consultant paying 2.2 Lakhs, they have head office in USA and office in delhi. In agreement they mention they assist for job & visa it they could not succeed then they will refund money, and all matter related to any issue handle in US
But they did not sent any visa application in US embassy and did not given any application no to us.Latter when we ask for refund they told because of bad condition that company has sold to other company and the new company denying to return any money. They did this with many people and the person who collected money for visa also partner in new company and the new company has head office in UK and branch office in Delhi.
We complaint to police but even after 1 year they did not register FIR, as police saying on questioning they replied that "whatever happened in US office we dont know".
Kindly advice us what should we do to get back our money.
