I have entered a unregistered material supply contract aggrement in Tamil Nadu for twenty years .
The aggrement has been made three years back stating that my buyer has to pay an standing advance of ten lakhs.
He has not paid any advance or he has not give any purchase order.
I am doing my busines on my own way for past three years.
now that buyer is claiming my hole production as per aggrement on the old rate .
whether the unregistred aggrement is valid?
please clarify me.

I got married in 2003... My marriage was not registered.In 2005, my son Santosh was born. I was the only person to earn for my family.My husband did not go properly to work and stayed home. disputes started regarding income to the family.I was forced to work harder for nearly 15 hours per day to run my family and child. he stayed in home and became close to my son. Since i stayed all the day and late night at work and at home continuing my duties also.. i couldn't spend much time for my son. but i worked hard only for him to be happy.. This made a small disappointment for my son with me.Later, when i forced him to go to work.. he demanded my property to be changed to his name.I refused and he stabbed me many times to death and finally a day he tried to kill me if i did not transfer the properties to him.I had no way and i informed my parents about him and they came and saved me that day and i went to my parents home with my son. later after 6 months, my husband went to my son's school in 2010 April 8th.. the last day of his academis year and kidnapped my son without my knowledge and he got upstanded with my son for a month.. Later, we found out that he only took my son, but before that he applied for guardianship of my son in court.the case is still in court and he did not attend the case for these 4 years. the case was dismissed before 6 months and he again renewed the case now.I can feel no improvement in my case and i entirely worried about this. Can i get my sonback? I am living only for him. he is the only hope for my life.wat can i do as d next step to get my son back? Pl help me
Being a prosecutor summoned to Panch witness, report came that he is not available at address that is why prosecution evidence closed but now accused is producing same person as a defense witness, what to do ?

District civil court passed preliminary decree against me (I lost case) in land partition suit. Now plaintiff has applied for final decree & execution decree. I am not interested in go appeal but I want give objection for final decree because I spent lot amount for land miscellaneous works earlier. Please give your guidance for the following my query.
1. Can I show photographs in the Court for my earlier done miscellaneous works in land?
2. Can I claim amount with interest for this earlier done land miscellaneous works?
3. Can I produce witness in the Court for my done works?
4. Can I give strong objection (with evidence of photographs in land earlier works) against commissioner’s revenue report for passing final decree?
5. If civil district court does not accept my objection, can I go HC?
6. Can I get stay order in HC (without going appeal) against passing final decree?

I am suffering from a case as per subject given above.
The details are a case u/s 406/498A was filed by my wife in 2004 and from 2004 onwards she is living with his father separately from me. in 2005 she filed a case u/s 125 for maintenance of herself and my baby. Court decided Rs. 900/- per month for them as interim. both the cases are under trial in MM court.
Now she has filed a case under Domestic Violence act in 2014. I have submit an application to dismiss the case on the ground of that she is living separately from 2004 which she has also admitted in his petition. and this act was comes in force from october 2006. Court has rejected my application.
Now can i appeal for that?
Please suggest for further action.
If yes can you provide me some references to prove in Session court.
We as a charitable trust have residential care facility where hostel youth are residing for various services that are provided by the NGO. Govt. gives the NGO food grains and wheat at subsidized rates (not free) for hostel purpose. Do we (NGO) come under RTI Act. Also would like to know what is meant by substantially funded by the govt. directly or indirectly
Dear Sir,
I want to know that one property(Land)is leased by landlord to my father & Uncle Jointly 50,50 so landlord can issue rent bill on one name without any noc from other one he is issuing bill on my uncle name whereas BMC tax receipt is on both the names continously from 1967.
Landlord can do so, if he does so can we fight him legally.
Pls advise ASAP.

Compansation for land aquisition
N.H.AI AQUIRES LAND FOR Widening of G.T Road , AND in this aquisition of land RAM KUMAR,S LAND is also marked for that. RAM Kumar submitted all the related documents of his land (SALE DEED ,Mutation certificate, land rent reciept khatiyan copy in the name of ex.land owner) in land aquisition office. After varifieng the papers the aquisition officials told Ram Kumar that He will Not get any compansation for his land as Land belongs to GAIR ABAD KHATA? But, the fact is that Ram Kumar purchased the said land from ONE Baldeo raj in 1987 and got his name mutated in Govt. land Register 2, and got revenue reciepts in his name, paid anual rent to GOVT. TILL NOW. Earlier Baldeo Raj purchased the said LAND IN 1970 HE DO ALSO ALL formalities of mutation and paid revenue to Govt. till he sold the land. Early befor him original OWner of LAND was MITHILA MAHTO , HE GET THE land in 1935 from ex land lords and has also paid revenue in his name and after estate vested in GOVT. then also HE Mutated his name in Govt. land register and paid revenue till he soldthe land to Baldeo RAJ IN 1970. NOW, My QUERY is that 1. Acording to the documents available WITH RAM KUMAR ,IS Land belongs to Gair Abad Khata ? 2. Whether He will get compansation or Not ? If NOT, what can HE do for Getting compasation ?
