here you can notice there's a extra letter 'A' in class 10th marksheet in VISHANU
And 'A' and 'e' in pandAy and pandEy..Â
And CBSE office denied for name correctionÂ
So what's the solution for this is?Â
Is affidavit is enough or Gazette or something else?Â
I can maintain other documents as you suggest to what class should I go..
My graduation name is same as class 10th

The Brief fact is:
The Company with which i am concerned have a guest house which they want to give on hire to organize various religious ceremony.
For booking of this house they use online booking and payment system.
The Company engaged a Payment Gateway Company to facilitate the above referred online booking and payment system.
That Payment Gateway Company give us a FORM called KYC wherein various details of the company are required to filled up.
When we ask them that "Is it mandatory, their reply is as per RBI guidelines it is."
But going through RBI guidelines on KYC their is no such compulsion of giving filled up KYC to any one (including a Payment Gateway Company).
Now my query is can anyone claim KYC from their customer(here from our company) by just referring RBI guidelines.
I think it is a vital issue because general customer is quite unaware of coverage of such guidelines.
Your views might be very helpful to us.

My father paid house taxes on the house which was purchased by my grandfather in 1960.

Greetings of the day. I am facing a criminal trial. My query is related to WhatsApp screenshot. The person who has set criminal law in motion was once very close to me. I gave her my own number (SIM) for usage. She had access to my other number and phone too.
Now the problem is she has created vulgar chats from that number and exchange messages on my other number and tried to show that it was me who was sending those messages on WhatsApp. Technically speaking both Number(sender and receiver) belonged to me and a few vulgar messages were exchanged. My query is basically related to the fact that will the court accept such piece of screenshot as evidence where sender and receiver are same person because the SIM belonged to me only.

I have file complaint with cyber division and they are like when they have update they will inform me. But meanwhile they are operating their website. Hand written terrace right on power of attorney
In multi dwelling private building I bought the top floor. The precondition of this was that the I must be given the terrace right. On power of attorney and irrevocable will it is hand written that power of attorney constitutes with terrace right.
