Query is can a third person apply to the Concerned Mutation department(Nagar Nigam) to alot the said property in his name.
Since the Legal heirs as per the Last WILL of the deceased have not got the mutation in their respective names till date for the past 15 years.
MY NAME IS SHUBHAM AGARWAL AND MY FATHER NAME IS SURESH AGARWAL. BUT MY NAME ON 10TH CERTIFICATE AND MARKSHEET WAS WRITTEN SHUBHAM KUMAR AGARWAL., MY FATHER NAME WAS WRITTEN SURESH PRASAD AGARWAL.
I WANT TO DO CORRECTION OF MY NAME AND MY FATHER NAME ON CERTIFICATE AND MARKSHEET. TWO AFFIDAVIT WILL REQUIRE TO DO SO OR ONE AFFIDAVIT IS SUFFICIENT???
IF ONE AFFIDAVIT IS SUFFICIENT CAN I GET FORMAT OF THAT.

My grandparents have a son and a daughter. I’m the son of their son. Propably in 2011, my father had given money to my grandfather to purchase an agricultural land. My mother had even pledged gold in bank in order to get cash. But my grandfather purchased it in the name of my grandmother. My grandmother registered entire property to her daughters son leaving my father and me with nothing. This registration happened a week before my grandfathers death and we got to all this after his death. Can we get our property back? Atleast half of property (if entire property is not possible to get back)?

Investing in an apartment for which construction has to begin or has not yet started .In current situation only land has been purchased the builder which holds title in the company's name and title clear .Clearances and approvals are due .Investing in the same for a period of one year or until construction completes and the builder would assist in selling out the unit .Hence have been suggested to do a agreement to sale on a 100rs stamp and do a notorised MoU stating terms that upfront payment has been done and registration would be done after an year after construction completes .1. Is there any other legal document to be made to safe gaurd the money paid upfront and ensure builder executes the sale deed in future after construction is done or refund the amount in case the construction gets halted due to complications .2.Do these documents make good evidence in a case if god forbid anything goes not as planned for money safety .

I have a clause in my joining letter that ''Within Probation period Service is terminable by either party with 3 days prior notice''.

1) if ancestors property partition done in the year of 1999, before amendment 2005. Mutation done and Khata/Phani also transferred to brother's name.
2) some of properties are sold after 2005 by brother's.
3) father alive, and supporting daughter to claim ancestors property.
I want to know if partition suite filled in the year of 2013. And now it's in FDP stage daughter will get property rights or not

My son is studying in Pvt school in 4th grade. My son school teachers & Principal are giving corporal punishment & mental torture to my son for the petty excuses since he has been in Nursery/K.G class and the same is continue uptil now.In this regard the matter is being taken up with school Principal from 2018 onward and two time Principal had apologized for corporal punishment given to my son. but it stopped only for some time and later on started repeating the same practice. On 10th Sep, my son science teacher quit my son from online class in front of whole class for not sitting on chair & when my wife called her she misbehaved with my wife & threatened that in future she will not take care of my son. later on she apologized & gave written apology when i force principal & talked to school chairman. Yesterday my son also told me that in 3rd grade his another teacher forced him to sit alone in class room & whole year my son sit alone in class room . How sad must he have been? It’s all done on the instruction of School Principal. Due to school Principal & teacher behavior my son has developed infertility complex and his self-confidence is deteriorating day by day. He is too young to express himself but we can smell that the harsh, unreasonable and cruel behavior of the teacher has gravely injured his mental health. My wife is also teacher in same school & Principal is taking revenge from my son & wife because i forced principal for apology in 2018. Please guide me now what should i do for justice of my son?
Blank cheque given - threaten by lender to present - reg
Sir, I gave a blank cheque with my sign and without date and amount for a cash loan of Rs.1 lakh to my relative lender. However I repaid Rs.50,000.00 in past 2 years. Due to some financial situtaion i couldnt repay balance 50,000.00 But today I came to know that he his trying to present the cheque to bounce back and file a case. Kindly suggest me what to do. whether can i approach bank to stop payment for the cheque saying that it is missing. Will it be okay.
