whether it is possible or not if yes how it may exercised Because i am just newly licenced for an advocate & at present i am pursuing LL.M from K.U.K.



sir ,
i have one tubvell for the purpose of irrgation to their land .But for a one year my three brothers prohibit me to get my right to get to use the tubvell.
we are three sharers in this tubvell.
so pls tell me to get my share as become according to the value of the which is set to be on the basis of self-compromise


I want to get my share because they were qurrelled to me regulerly on the basis of to get my water share.

So now i leave to use this tubvell & my lend is has no water

If i go to police station or deputy commissner for this problem they deny to help me .

And one time they filed a charge under cr.p.c sec.107&151.


So pls ,pls pls,pls sir kindly tell me what i could do their against to get my value of price of tubwell as a metter of right .

Because tubvell was named registerd my grand-father..The conection of tubvell is not their named .

so pls guidence me on such right to get my money on the basis as it is settled by a arbitrator or any other basis of compromise.....

Dear anil,so far as interiem injunction is concerned,it can be granted only the applicant has prima facie case,balance of convenience is in favour of the applicant and irrepairable loss would be caused if it will not be granted.

However you have not given details of your case.I find no irrepairable loss will be caused to your given case.So in my opinion it is not possible to grant interiem injunction.

so as you inform me sir, these above were the facts

Dear All,
As we know in Orkut(.com)account, its easy to access any account.The issue is somebody has accessed one of my friends' account and by changin the password, he/she has sent some abusive messages to others by using my friends account. Please let me know what action can be taken.Can we approach Police?

third party insurance claim

hi i need some guidance from u all, in an accident no f.i.r is been registered by the partys since no injury happened and the offensive vehicle provided the copy of insurance policy to other party, but insurance company not setteled the matter and denied the claim, can this matter will be filed only on M.A.C.T court or can it be filed in consumer forum , since no F.I.R is there will the matter sustain in MACT court and the party if goes to consumer forum claim but he is not direct consumer but the offensive vehicle who provided the copy of insurance certificate is direct consumer of insurance company , but the owner of offensive vehicle is not turning up for any payment claim from his insurance company, kindly guide what to do?

Execution of decree

My company has obtained a execution decree from company court against 'xyz' company. My company has filed execution petition in civil court in mumbai. The 'xyz' company has filed a petition in Mumbai High Court contending that the civil court does not have the jurisdiction to entertain the same. Is the contention of 'xyz'company tenable.

Getting Back Property

Dear Sir,

My maternal grandpa where had a property in his name in Srilanka. Now its worth more than crore rupees. In 1970 he left srilanka because of his health and lossed his life in india. Whe he was in srilanka the property's power is given to somebody (his family is occupying now)but after few years when my grandpa knows some difficuties so he again registered a gift deed in my mom and her sisters name. How to get back the property. How much will cost me to get back. I dont know any thing about srilankan laws.please help me
