Voting in the House without taking Oath:

Is it permissible for the member of parliament or the State Legislative Assembly to sit and vote in the House without taking Oath

As per the CoNSTI, NO since a member has to take oath before the governer.

I don't think is is permissible. After taking oath only he becomes a member of the house.
