From Dr Khan

I am a Chief Orth Surgeon in MPSEB Hospital. I am seniormost in Med. Wing of the Board. Recently on 31.7.2009, my Ex CMO got retired after ataining age of superannuation but on 1.8.2009 he has been given Job Contract and is attached to the office of the CMO with full adm. powers of the CMO. Thus I have been snatched my legal right of promotion.

Is it leagl to give full adm. powers to a person after retirement who has attained age of superannuation?

Is there Supreme Court Judgments related to it.

Thanks

perjury

should the existing procedure of taking cognizance of perjury at dock only at the time of judgment be amended? it is there so as not to put the witness under constant fear.but if there is no immediate apprehension of punishment for perjury witnesses would not care Section-193 IPC. the present poor rate of conviction in the sessions courts inspite of high crime rate is due to this. still very few proceedings are started u/s 340 or 344 Cr.P.C.

Title of the property

Plots hold by individual. Name is entered into revenue record i.e 7/12 as ABC propritor of Krishna Developers. Then after ABC convert his business of Krishna Developers into partnership. The registration of the partnership is required under the Registration Act? or can Names of the partners added into the revenue record i.e. 7/12 according to partnership deed without registration? If names of the partners added into the revenue record on basis of partnership deed without registration, then can title of the property clear?
