Physical assault and threats

I am running a PG business. One of the tenants hasn't paid the rent and was very bullish every time. So we asked him to leave as he was also not paying the rent from last one month.

He also has no constant job.

He made up a story that I was rude and abusing and started fighting with me. I threw him out of the house but he called some 5-6 guys and made a nuisance outside my house for 1-2 hour.

Threatened to beat me and abused me.

When they tried to get into my house by climbing the neighbors house and from their roof top to mine.

I called the PCR. Then these guys lied the they have no due.

However the police ask them to leave and collect the remaining article the next day.

But the next day this guy cam 3 time and just bullish around and did not took his remaining luggage. We close the main door.

Again he climbed the neighbors house and entered our house and started hitting me. I escape any how. Went to my friend's house near but called pcr but they hung up. He took all article and did some damage into my house.

What all legal action can i take. I don’t feel safe to go out.

Divorce, alimony, share of property and maintenance

A (male) married B (female) under special marriage act only because of one qualification i.e. B's obedient and sober nature.

The marriage did not work as per the original plan.

The original plan was that A would financially take care of family and B would remain a housewife. However after the birth of their child, B took up full-time job in a private company breaching the trust of A.

A has a government job and has 50 percent salary more than B.
A and B are not in talking terms.

B threatens to file for divorce from time to time because B expects A to completely financially suppport the house and A is only partially doing the same. A currently has no plan for divorce.
B threatens to A and reminds him that he is a government servant and he can be easily controlled by various means. (Through police and court)

A is currently partially supporting the house and has told B to also partially support financially because B is now a working woman.

B is reluctant to spend for house stating that B is working for own self.

What finally A wants is that B should leave job and be a housewife and at the most if at all B wants to work for self then try to look for opportunities from home (i.e. part time work from home) so that B's full-time presence at home will help in smooth functioning of home.
B demands 50 percent of A's salary to sit at home.

B comes from a financially not well to do background and A comes from middle class background.
A also suspects B supporting her maternal home financially (even when B has two brothers and 1 unmarried sister there). A does not agree to this.

In case of any uncertain event of divorce , how can A safeguard against B and save himself from paying alimony and division of its property and division of its in laws property to B ?

Correct a frontage measurement error

Hi everyone, I’m seeking guidance on a land dispute involving my family’s property. Here’s the situation:

In 2006, during the subdivision of our family land, the frontage measurement was entered incorrectly. The correct frontage should be 8.8 meters, but it was mistakenly recorded as 7.1 meters, and the rest was added to the path (5 lyncs, or 3.2 feet), making the path wider than it should be. Due to this error, only 9 cents are reflected in the wrong measurement, while we actually have 11.75 cents, which is properly documented in the mother document ("thaai pathiram").

We didn’t notice this issue until recently when we decided to measure the land and build a compound wall. Unfortunately, this wrong measurement would require us to demolish part of our existing old house.

To complicate things further, there is a 5 lyncs (3.2 feet) path leading to the back property, and the owner of the adjacent property (my father’s brother) has built a two-storey house on the 5 cent land (Survey No. 132/1) that belongs to us. When we brought a surveyor to measure the land, they refused to allow it. They argue that the wider path benefits them because it allows larger vehicles to pass, which is an advantage for their access.

My father has suffered a heart attack due to the stress from these land issues, and I’m determined to find a solution. The land details are as follows:

Survey No. 128/2 (11.75 cents)
Survey No. 132/1 (5 cents, currently occupied by the neighbor)
I need advice on how to:

Correct the wrongly entered frontage measurement in the land records (7.1 meters to 8.8 meters).
Reclaim the 5 cents of land that the neighbor has encroached upon and built their house on.
Deal with the neighbors who are refusing to allow the survey to be done.
Any legal or administrative advice on how to move forward would be greatly appreciated. I’m determined to resolve this issue and reclaim our family’s rightful property. Thank you in advance for your help and support!
