Iam legally divorced for 10 yrs. And the custody of my child is not been declared by court. I dont know about that earlier. But I am the sole care taker of my child I am trying to apply for passport for my minor Child. According to Annexure G, It say, if I dont have a custody certificate, I have to submit an affidavit sworn before 1st class judicial magistrate/Executive Magistrate. How do I get that and how much time will it take to get . I need advice please!

Dear sir,
I had filed second appeal under right to information act 2005 in the state information commission for not getting the desired information from government department
Now more than 8 months has been passed and I have received no response from the commission in the mean time I went to the office of the information commission and the respective authority stated me that due to the absence of chief information commissioner no hearing has been called for
Sir what can I do if the required information is not provided to me where to approach and how long can it be pending

Hi,
I bought an under-construction property in Greater Noida. The property is built in two phases and my flat is part of phase 1.
The builder sent an offer of possession demanding final payment while it has not yet received partial completion certification from the authority.
I dont want to pay final dues till the completion certificate is there. What legal rights do I have?

I m in possession of house property since1991 by virtue of court decree in my favour .Decree was granted in declaration case filed by me against my father.I didn't get mutation in revenue records.My brother some how got signed regd Will from father and got mutation in his name to the extent 25%in the property.now he has filed.case against me claiming usage charges for25%share.I have challanged his will and mutation on the ground that father can't execute will after court decree passed in my favour in declaration suit. SinceMatter is sub judice Can he claim usage charges before COURT DECISION IN THE CASE AS OWNERSHIP IS NOT YET DECIDED.

I resigned from a software company few months back. They had not paid my full and final payment and also not given me my service experience letter. I took car lease from the company and for which I paid entire loan amount to the leasing company before resigning. There is nothing due on me. But the company's car lease department is saying that until I transfer car in my name, they will not pay my termination amount. NOC sent by them was expired as they delayed it and now leasing company is charging Rs. 2000 for duplicate NOC. I have tried to contact HR but HR does not respond. Can company claim this as a valid reason to stop my salary? Can I serve a legal notice to the company?

My marriage happened 2010 first few months were OK after that my wife would cry at night shout we all were horrified by situation and could not think what to do this continued for one and half year that was our mistake then we decide her to take to psychiatrist which her objected but after some days agreed bcoz they knew abe her doctor told she had the problem from childhood so was on medicines but her parents never told us now at present she is on medicines but nothing has changed I want the divorce at the ground that she harrases my mother abuses us her parents forcing me to have child but I have not aggreed please suggest me what to do they also threaten us for filing a case in court my lawyer has said to be separated from parents and live with her but that's not possible as she says she will not live with me and go to her parents house which they are not ready to take her please suggest a solution or I have to end my life

I have never filed any tax returns because my income was always below the limit of 2.5 Lacs. Recently i have started a little trading in shares,but even with that my income does not go above this limit.Am i required to file return only because i trade in shares and not because my income exceeds the lower limit !

Service not given by lawyer
Dear Sir ,
two and half year back I engaged a Allahabad lawyer for a consumer court in delhi , I paid him fee asked by bank transfer , the case was not filed in court . Reason he is not giving now other lawyer are telling me case is time barred . How I can proceed in this case and how can my previous lawyer be punished for his misdeeds .
