Can the petitioner in a probate proceedings put portion of property on rent. The property has been given bequeathed to the petitioner vide registered Will. If petitioner let's out the property then what happens.

hello experts, I have a piece of land KAISERE HIND in front of my house which is registry by someone. It is kesar hind and has been in our posession for a over 100 years now. he want to construct a Market on that. However he is letting construct it. Can I go to court and get a stay, if I go against with the construction? I want to know what can I do? I guess, as it is kesar hind it cannot be considered our ancestral property. Thanks.

I signed a bond with my Indian employer Atos, before coming abroad. The bond suggests that I have to pay 5 lakhs if I leave the company any time while my stay at abroad.
There’s this backend process here with which I have first resigned from the company and joined the same company as a contractor through a consultancy. I’m still associated to Atos but as an external employee now, not a direct one.
It’d been approx. 5 years and some months that I stayed with Atos before resigning. In this amount of time, they must have already recovered whatever amount they have spent on my training, Visa, etc. My question is, can this be a good argument for discussion on negotiation or do I still need to pay the full amount?
I’ve already received legal notices (emails as well as paper, on my home address in India).

During pendency of divorce proceedings I have live in relationship with another
women. I want to enjoy my natural sexual life. My first wife write a letter to my head of office regarding my live in relationship.
Based of such letter a board of enquiry is started against me.
As per CCS conduct rule bigamy is prohibited for government Servent.
Is it illegal to enjoy live in relationship for a government Servent, when 1st wife refused to come back ?

Tenant did not pay rent and Electricity bill for past 3 month. We have a Tenancy Agreement in place. when approached police station, police asked to give on more month time. The Tenant advance is all over. EB bill has to be paid by Tenant. Due date is over for Electricity bill. If power is cut by EB, is owner responsible for this? Can tenant file case on owner?

Can a corporate body (limited MNC company) terminate an employee in the year of retirement when there is no fault on side of the employee. Any caselaw in the support of employee to fight this termination.

Can anyone explain the provision in Section 468 CrPC to reject the discharge petition (under 245) after taking cognizance of the offense for the file of the court even though it deals with the limitation? Does this section have the interpretation to reject the discharge petition under this limitation power apart from accepting the filing of the case within the limitation period?

I have constructed a godown 9 years ago on my land which is adjacent to another land where my godown is constructed only 1-meter ahead on another's land he is asking me to demolish the wall and can I do now to protect my wall I am ready to pay him but he is not willing to accept the money what can I do now please suggest me, respected experts and what can i do if that person files a case in court please do suggest me some remedy.
