Wall constructed

Respected Experts,
I have constructed a godown 9 years ago on my land which is adjacent to another land where my godown is constructed only 1-meter ahead on another's land he is asking me to demolish the wall and can I do now to protect my wall I am ready to pay him but he is not willing to accept the money what can I do now please suggest me, respected experts and what can i do if that person files a case in court please do suggest me some remedy.

You constructed a godown one meter (ahead) in another's land, you shall demolish the wall as you unauthorisedly occupied a meter of land which is contrary to law.

if that person files any case against you in court then defend it strongly with the help of lawyer. but encroachment on other land is illegal.
