Dear lawyers please informed me truly and saved my life.
My name Ashutosh from varanasi
I loved one gujrati girl. We meet in mobile chat zone in 2009 and our relationship end 4-Dec 2013. With small fight. But she file a complaint in Ahmedabad crime branch in April 2014. with help my friend & his relative. My friend(Deepak) told ASHUTOSH I am going Ahmedabad please come with me I said why than he said my sister in law is calling you. I said okay and went there but once I reached Ahmedabad his Jija call the crime branch office & hand over me there than I realized he and his Jija kidnap me from Delhi . once I reached crime branch ,officer came and start beating me when I asked why you beating me . than They will not give me answer only they take my sign on blank white paper . after that they called my parents with my laptop once my parent's reached there they also take sign on blank paper and realized me. And with in one year they came at Varanasi and arrest me without showing warrent (and said to my father we will take him there only for enquiry you came with in day At office and we realise him) my father and me believe them and I go with them but this time they beat me more than earlier and send me to sabarmati jail. And publish paper news that I am blacking Sofi Patel lived in Ghatlodiya Ahmedabad. With morphing her photo , hacking fb etc.
After 56 days I got bail from court. Once I out from jail I got her father call on my no. But i'll not received it due to family life fear her father said I'll killed you and your family.
Now I am in fear for my family and yet my case is not start always my lawyer take new date and girl family not came in court .
And I have a problem because I all ready not complete my graduations because of that girl ,money problem and for case I am not able to fill any gov job form now I am completely over because of love.
Now I have no option to live on this earth .
If any one have any option in my case than please informed me soon because I love my life.

Sir,
I live in the Barrackpore Cantonment Area. I want to evict my tenant from the shoping room whose agreement period has expired with the death of the tenant. But now his son has filed a suit seekong protection against eviction.
Plz tell me...Under which Act. & which section tenant can be evicted as the property belonga to Cantonment area.

...
1. I'm Wing Commander Shaleen.
2. I received a call in early Aug 2015 from a fellow dentist who was my senior in college.
3. He requested monetary help for undertaking a Renal Transplant for his sister in Chennai. As the requirement of a large sum was urgent, he said was requesting everyone to chip in.
4. For the sake of Good ol' days, to help my college senior, and being a conscientious person, I lent him Rs 2 Lakh out of my hard earned savings to help him get treatment for his sister (Online transfer to his Bank A/c)
5. He said that he was gainfully employed at NIMS Univ, Jaipur (in a Dental College) as HOD Periodontics and an internet check also confirmed it. He assured he will return the money next month, i.e. by Sept 2015, when his contract will be renewed and pending payments released.
6. However, he is no more working at the above place and not returning money quoting some problem or the other. It has been 4 months since I lent him, but not a single paisa has been returned.
7. He has said that he'll be joining another college as a teaching staff (Manipal University) soon which I doubt is the case.
...
How can I get my money back. There is no signed contract but I have Audio-recordings of my mobile conversations with him on my mobile.

Ours is a Co-operative Housing Society in Mumbai. A 7 storey building with Stilt Parking. No Ground floor. One of the members living on the 3rd floor wants to start Commercial Activities in her flat and has requested for a NOC from the Society. We have declined her request since ours is a residential building with 56 flats. The member is an ordinary office staff doing clerical job now has resigned and wants to carry out some marketing activities in her flat. We would like to know whether approval can be given for commercial activities in a residential complex. Please let us know what could be the consequences if such activities are carried out.

My maternal grandfather did not made any will but on share certificates there is a nominee name of my uncle. Is he the owner now or that nominee name means he is just a care taker of the property and the entire property will be shared amongst all the children. My maternal grandfather got 8-childrend and he is nomore now. Please reply.

1)I had given money to a builder against a agreement /sathekhat of his plot in oct 2014 for one month specified in agreement
2)And if failed to repay my amount agreement would be executed for plot agreed..
3)He said wait he will return with one month and gave some interest ..
4)he said yes every month till March and finally with a lawyer who had done above agreement was told to execute plot agreement
5)Agreement was made ready and a paper notice was put up ..in process of paper notice he told in june that plot was already sold to another person a fraud
6)To compensate this he gave written document and 2 cheques of next month with assurance he will return all amount
7)Cheque bounced in July
8)but he still yes he will repay
9)this is still going on with 3 cheques bounced
what should i do money not returned , plot not given , cheque bounced ??

I had married 8 years ago, have a girl baby of 6 years age, my wife is working too, I too work in psu, Sir my question is
V don't have proper understanding betn both of us from s day of marriage, now it became huge, even though v stay together, v don't talk to each other from past 3 years,as our relationship worsen, am planning to file divorce case, even I had spoken to her about so many times, but she is agreeing,
What are d steps I should take now?
Basically I want protect my parents from this bcoz thy are staying in native?
Will she cause any problem to my job as am a psu employee?
she threatens me that she will put me beyond bars?

Sir, If sale deed is executed, Then Still sale agreement holds validity? Is vendor or purchaser can be sued according to terms and conditions mentioned in Sale agreement? (and same terms and conditions are not mentioned in Sale deed)
