I have decided to purchase a plot in Bangalore and have got the documents verified, all ok there.
This is an Odd site( all 4 sides are different)
This property is with in a gated layout and it is BDA approved.
Now, in the sale deed only 2 sides are only mentioned and other two dimentiones are missing.
Total area is mentioned as well.
It looks like a mistake while drafting the orignal deed.
What should be done here.

A executes a POA with an agent (B) in Delhi and registers it in Delhi in 1992. Susequently, A also executes another POA with agent (C) in Tamilnadu in 2014. C executes a Sale deed in favour of D and transfers the property in 2016. Both POA is registered. While the sale is on the basis of POA registered in Tamilnadu in favour of C, what will be the validity of POA executed in 1992 at Delhi

Husband and wife are from two different states. State Housing Board allotted plot to wife. As only wife passes state domicile requirements, only wife's name is on the title deed. Both husband and wife paid equally for the plot and plan to build a house together.
Is there any legal way to ensure that husband has equal rights in the property and wife does not do any buying/selling/loan transaction of the property to anybody in the future without husband's consent?

My brother took gold loan from HDFC Bank in the Last year and paying regular intrest on the same.
He also hold credit card from HDFC Bank wherein he was paying minimum amount till March but missed in the month Apr,
He also having consumer loan with HDFC Bank where he is regular in emi.
He also has micro loan wherein our standing left as two emi
We received pre sale notice from the bank 1st time wherein it's written that we should consider this as a final notice and stated that they will combine the gold with there outstanding amounts of all loan and will sale it if he fails to repay.
Please help me with ur advice.

I am planing to apply for legal heir certificate of my father. I have to mention all legal heir names in the application form. I am getting confused here.
Should I mention my brother wife name or his daughter name in my father's legal heir certificate application form ?.

Sir, one House and 3 land plot Properties ( in Andhra Pradesh )are in Joint ownership among three brothers (after removing the rights of Mother and Sister legally.). Recently one of the brothers has passed away. He has Legal heirs (Wife, two minor daughters, Mother). I m a muslim woman married for close to 5 yrs now and living seperately for around 2 yrs mainly due to domestic violence and dowry taunting. We have a daughter who will turn 4 soon. What is a better option to seperate in such a scenario, should it be through a khulanama via maulana and then declare the same in court OR strictly insist on legal separation only as there is evidence of domestic violence and dowry harassment.
