i have no job from last 3 year and financial condition not good. i am also mentally not well. I have condition of depression, anxiety and extreme anger, i have no money for medication.
my brother are taking advantage of these conditions and want me to transfer my share on their name. they have job and they can sit and wait for years but my financial condition is not good. i need money immediately. they ae dragging the matter in the past 1 year. i talk to police but they say we can't force them to sell
i have this video as evidence that they even tried to beat me for property issue.

i don't want to go to court and wait for years. is there way i can lodge a police complaint and ask them to give me my share.

A member is in process of Joining 2 flats to make one with additions alteration within 2 flats.

I sold my deceased fathers property . my share is near to 28 lakh rupees. if I deposit this money altogether in a single bank account will any tax deduction come?

My father owned a DDA Plot purchased from original allottee. Initially we had constructd a house on the same and were living in it, later the same was got converted into buillder floors by my father. Right now we have only Ground Floor with us, which my father would like to transfer in my name. What ownership documents are required alongwith Gift Deed for getting the same registered.

Dear sir/madam ,
2 Home is in one district and other agriculture lands is in another one district .
including parents , we need to divide 3 parts among 2 brothers .
but all at once , at the same time in one place . means, can we legally divide and register the properties in any ONE of the district where we have properties .
as of now , we have all the properties in out parents name . please help us , thank you .

Eligibility for other govt job if major penalty imposed
I wanna know if a psu bank employee commits fraud and no FIR is registered against him but disciplinary action is taken against him. Bank imposed major penalty of increments down or lower down to position but he is not terminated and he continues working in the same organisation.whether he is eligible for other govt jobs or not? If one clear other govt exam and at the time of interview, a bio data form has to fill, in which he has to state any disciplinary action by previous employee....is this major penalty cause problem or not in future other govt jobs??
