The Power of Attorney executor lodged a complaint against me under Section 468 & 471 in the IPC in the Police Station that I had made the said General Power of Attorney in fraudulent means and subsequent registration of Sale Deed for transfer of 10 Lessa land and then mutation is also forged. Now, the Police Served Notice U/S 41(A) CrPC & 91 CrPC to me to report to the Police Station along with all original documents like the POA, Registered Sale deed for verification & threatened to cease all.
I shall be highly obliged for your kind and valuable advice/suggestion in this regards at the earliest please.

I just got married a month ago. Me and my wife live with my own father in his house. Before going to honemoon trip, my father asked my wife to give her jewelry to him as he will keep it in his bank locker. After, we came back, we asked him to return the jewelry but he is saying bank stolen the jewelry set (which he gave to my wife at the time of marriage). Moreover, my father is not returning back the jewelry set which was given by my wife's parents. My wife and me requesting him again and again but he is saying he will give after some years. Not only that, he warns us not to go for FIR against lost jewelry otherwise he will also file a complaint against violence being a senior citizer. Sir, kindly suggest what to do, my wife bought her jewelry for marriage with her hard-earned money.

At the time of my appointment I was doing my PG (2semester I had clear) in distance mode,so after job I just do 2 semester :3 semester in winter vacation (December) and 4th semester in June2014..for which I took leave without pay for exam purpose. Here is my query presented point wise as
1) My uncle has entered into registered agreement to sale with the owner, as the buyer of an apartment.
2) He then mortgaged the said apartment via registered mortgage deed, with the bank for home loan.
3) He had paid the mortgage money (home loan) and the bank is OK with the issuance of NOC.
*Please note that bank has given the loan on Reg. agreement to sale only and there exists NO Sale Deed for the apartment.
My query, how to nullify the charge created by reg mortgage deed. Reconveyance, possible? As there exist no title deed (sale deed for reconyance), is it possible for the bank to reconvey the mortgaged property?
If there exists any way out to clear off the charge of mortgage from the apartment, which was agreed to be purchased by my uncle, please guide.
i, filed the O.S case in district court for the partition suit and now i need to present a witnesses in before the Hon'ble court
i filed the O.S case as a party and in person and also i am plaintiff in the case, with out advocate i am conducting my case, so now trial as started evidence is completed by my side and now i need present a witness from my side

How summons can be issued through court by RC/AD as same are being avoided

I am software engineer , working in pvt company full time.
Planning to do full time M.tech also.
Employer will issue certificate that they is permitting me do
M.tech course.University telling they will allow to do M.tech
If I only attain Saturday to the university ,
I will get full time M.tech degree after two years.
My question is that
1)If I have both full time degree and full time job
both will be valid ?
2)Is there any law which prevent full time employee to
prevent full time job ?
3)If university allow me short attendance percentage ,
will it be problematic ?
4)Will employer certificate will helpful

My mother has updated her name from **** to **** which is her correct name. We have the gazette and the adhaar and pan card is also updated. Now we want to change the name on the property document as well. The property is well beyond 10 years. Please advice.
Service of summons
The witness is avoiding summons. The dasti summons were also avoided and same were then registered. My query is that summons were dasti and i registered can court object to this. Please advise.
