Resp. Sir/Madam
we r going to organise seminar on Business Law but we don't want it would be only bookish... so I request,please suggest us current practical problems in corporate laws i.e. company law, SEBI, Contract,Insurance,NIA,Insurance,Banking, Consumer Protection... We r student of Law Faculty so problem should have that perspective...
& also please suggest dignetories in concerned field.

kirtirani sole! you have approached to a wrong platform for your quarry. We experts are not meant for counting the problems faced by corporate world rather we reply those problems. Better you personally contact persons engaged in those professions and ask their problems and then ask their solutions from us.
