Can a registered company run educational course

Hi, I want to ask that can a company (regd.private) run an educational course without affiliation to any govt.authority or even without obtaining NOC from concerned state govt

Yes it can but the courses it is offering will not be recognised by the regulatory body.

If you do not offer any recognised training certificate , no problem for co or individual to start training in any thing on the earth.

You can give your private certificate.

Even you can start a course for how to ask real intelligent questions on this site which will be helpful to you as well others.
