NO. As per CrPC, the provision of maintenance is available only to wife, children and parents.

Dear Grinspan,
There are no such provisions in Cr.P.C. or Indian Divorce Act. A Christian husband can not claim maintenance against his wife.

there is no provision for christian husband to claim maintenance. But dont feel rejected even if the hindu husband has a legal provision he is not awarding any maintenance by courts. so enjoy the harshness in being married.

Dear Sabah even a hindu husband can calim maintenance as per Section 18 of H. A and M Act
