can civil case be filed against a lawyer, who convince wife for false 498a
If it can proved that intitally wife did not suggest such charge.
But greed of quick divorce and money was given by lawyer.

It is the lawyers duty to suggest his client a right choice depending upon the nature of facts.

ridiculous thought....the lawyer spoke what the wife had said....whatever action has to be taken it shall be against the wife only.

If you are going to file the same against the Lawyer, then You are going to Face Contempt of Court, just remember as you are going to take action against administration of justice.

YES, you can file civil / criminal or any other case against the lawyer concerned, since you perceive that he is responsible for all your woes.
While I say that you can file such a case and nobody can stop you, I must also caution you that your success will largely depend upon the soundness of your grievance and case and also the materials /documents in your hand to support your case.
