Can fathers name can be changed on PAN, in case of Adoption. Please kindly tell me the procedure.

Ji, What is your problem? are you testing the forum members? The adoption will be done before the age of 15 years of a child. If an adopted boy/girl after attaining majority, he/she can apply for Pan Card, Visa, Voter card etc..Then he/she shall be the child of adoptive father and his name shall be shown in all. so the question of change of Father name after adoption does not arise. Really if any mistake occured, you can submit application to change the name of father through online by paying necessary fees.

Why change of name of adoptive father?
It is better to join a law tutorial institute/college/university to learn procedure.
