I am a non Indian female and want to settle in India for ever.
What are my options for a) Buying real estate and do some tourism related business for earning money for living expenses + profit. b) Job and c) Marriage.
PL. guide or provide appropriate links for migration laws of the country for which I will be thankful to you all.

A foreign national of non-Indian origin, resident outside India cannot purchase any immovable property in India unless such property is acquired by way of inheritance from a person who was resident in India. However, he / she can acquire or transfer immovable property in India, on lease, not exceeding five years.

You shall have to obtain citizenship of India like Sonia Gandhi and only then you can acquire property here. Meanwhile you can obtain work visa. Do visit the link provided by ajay for this purpose.

Dear Experts,
May be I did not put my query correctly. I want to be business owner and not an employee. I want to set up tourism related business and need to buy real estate so that it is permanent and not temporary. I have right credential and intend to float a company with Indian partner/s.

With an indian partner you do, but you cannot purchase the property temporarily. So follow the suggestion given by the experts already.

As per your querry
a). Settle down in India -- get married with Indian, after that you can obtain the citizenship of India.
b). After getting the Citizenship of India, You can buy property or run your business under your ownership.
