Can i claim damages to society

Hello All,
Good morning to you, hope you are doing well.
I am one small query related to society laws for parking.
* I have been paying parking charges to the society and recently there has been damage to my vehicle, while it was parked in society.
* on requesting the society to settle the issue MC does not take the responsibility.
Wanted to know more about the law.

See the parking rules of the society about their responsibilities for damages or Grab the person who did the damage and ask to compensate..

unfortunately i do not know the culprit.
is there any specific society rules.
can i know them.

Go through the regulations framed by your society.

These rules are Society specific and you have to ascertain the position through personal effort.
In case there is major damage and the Society office bearers show indifference , you can call for Police assistance to nab the culprit and ask for suitable compensation .
