Dear Sir,
I would Like To Know That Can I Do Part Time Or Full Time Job If I enrolled With Bar Council. As I am Very Needy And Do Not Get That Much Money By Practicing As Lawyer... And What is The Penalty If Bar Coucil kNow About This?

Unfortunately you cannot sail in two boats at the same time, BCI has restrictions regarding employment while enrolled as an advocate hence, you need to decide and opt between practise or employment.

NO, YOU CANNOT DO BUSINESS OR JOB. you must devote full time for Advocate's practice, [except teaching Law in College for few hours. ]

As per BCI Rules, advocate can not do part time or full time job without surrening sanad.

you are not permitted to do party time once you enrolled to bar council. But it is going on.

No is the common reply but.....it is also necessary to arrange for feeding. A person should be permitted to starve if he is a lawyer. Right to live in is available to every citizen. Avoid to use your own name even if you arrange any side by side work for your livelihood. If practice do not provide mandatory resources for livelihood, you can do......

You can not work and be an advocate at the same time.
