Dear Experts,
I have seen the judgements of certain cases on the net and I am intersted to go through the contents of the petition filed by the petitioner in the Central admin Tribunal
Though form of the certify copies are pertaining for orders/judgements only and it is specifically stated that type of documents applied for?
Please may inform can I apply for certify copies of the petition/Reply filed as I am the third party/Stranger of the case

Of course. You can file copy application for any of the court documents as third party..

Any third party on application and with the permission /orders of the Court can get certified copies - as third party application on satisfying the Court that your requirement of Certified copies is on reasonable grounds .

It is necessary to file an affidavit for what reason you want that certified copies.

you can get ALL COPIES even in RTI ACT 2005.

according the gen. rule civil-A stranger to a suit ,appeal , motion or other proceeding, after final decree or order obtain a copy or copies of any decree,order, pleading, paper or document in the record other than an exhibit and may,for sufficient reason shown to the satisfaction of the judge obtain at any time before final decree or order, a copy or copies of any decree, order,pleading, paper or other document in record other than an exhibit.
