Hello Experts,
Can I Make Correction deed for development agreement, i want to make correction in consideration area.
In DA as a consideration colum 150sq.ft ara extra mentioned. the document registred with proper stam duty in jan 2012, now consideration is changed so can i make correction deed for the same?

Any agreement is always amenable to corrections if both parties so agree.
You can execute an addendum or supplementary agreement or a fresh agreement cancelling the earlier agreement.

File a revised agreement development agreement and state the previous development agreement is discarded.

so if i want to make correction deed or revised agreement should i registered on Rs100 satmp paper?
because i cant discarded DA beacase all t & C were same other than consideration, only 150Sq contruction reduce (minus) from consideration, other part is as it is.

submit supplementary agreement for adjudication to collector office . then register agreement

I too agree with experts opinion on the issue. In this case an addendum would be sufficient enough if the said amendment to be incorporated.
