Can we speed up legal process on medical grounds?

I am mental not well and unable to do the job.
Out of job from 5 years.
I have no income source.
Already fighting case with my brother's for my share of property and my share is the only survival source I have right now as no one is financially supporting me and I have no money for my medication.
Is their any way that we can speed up my property case I am already fighting. As I have no income source.
Can we speed up legal process on medical grounds?
We are 3 brothers and our property is not too big but if we divid in 3 has no value and no will be interested in buying small piece of land.
I want my share in money form(like either my brothers give money for my share or we all sell and divide the money).
How can we go with that so I get my share in money form and not just one third of the land which alone has no value.

1. to be divided in three parts.
2. too small to be economically divided
You do not appear to be mental case.
you can think well that when property cannot be divided it should be converted to case.

What is the opinion and advise of the lawyer engaged / paid and contesting case(s) on your behalf, who is well acquainted with facts and circumstances and obliged to advise ?
Prima facie it is an Unbelievable and hypothetical story.

I have not spoke to him. I told my life is not private as my thought read. I am like in virtual slave. Can't explain everything.

You said that your case is pending before court, hence if you want to expedite the case you can file a petition before court venting out all yor grievances that you have narrated here and seek the help of court to dispose the case at the earliest
