Cancellation of gift unilaterally by donor/plaintiff

(Querist) 03 September 2012 This query is : Resolved
Sir,
I filed a Suit in D.J court to cancel a Registered Gift Deed to a Trust in 1993. The court returned the file"The Plaiontiff is the Donor, he can cancel the Gift" and also made a remark about the Limitation as the Deed was of 1993. I gave a notice to the Donee and received reply and after Two months I filed the Suit. Please advise me whether I can cancell the Deed unilaterally Or approach the Sub Registrar to cancel. What is the Law Pl.provide me case law on this subject. Thanks- sadhu gopal
