cancellation of maintainence

can the maintainence of husband be cancelled if wife puts allegation on her husbad that he is impotent and the husband is ordered by the court to undergo medical test and he gets normal report in that test please advise and if there is anr rule then please give it to me also please tell that if the wife applies for divorce then can thae husband s alimony be cancelled please advise

maintenance cannot be canceled on the ground of cruelty or allegation made by the wife on husband.If wife applies for divorce, she has right to get maintenance and also lawyer fees,expenses etc incurred by her in the proceeding.

YOU MAY FILE APPEAL AGAINST THE ORDER OF MAINTAINENCE.IT CAN BE REDUCED BY CONSIDERING ALL FACTS OF THE MATTER AND STAY CAN BE PRAYED IN THE SAME.GOOD LUCK.
