Whether it may be cancelled by executive order order of government (lessor ) whereas it is registered

While entering into a contract, the Government stands in the footing of any other legal, may be, with the added responsibility of the State to act judiciously. It may cancel the lease for valid reason. However, possession cannot be resumed unilaterally; resumption is possible only through the due process of law.
