Sir
I have applied for answer keys of certain recruitment exam. But the recruitment process is going to over by next week. In case discrepencies are observed in near future & application is made for revising the result, can the high court admit that appeal ?

Mr.Singla,
Recruitment process is only based on the written test but it would follow by personal interview. Even at the stage of written exam., also how can you prove that there are discrepancies. It is a waste of time and money. Instead concentrate on next opportunities.

Experts
For your information, after written test i was called for Interview. But in consolidated result, my rank was below merit. I am satisfied with Interview results, but not with written test result. And the answer keys are not uploaded on website.
It is only after getting answer keys, i can challenge the process in the Court. Please suggest accordingly

You have to get concrete proof with you about discrepancies to proceed legally.

Answer keys will not uploaded in competitive examinations. Whether you satisfy or not you do not have any ground on this account. Forget and prepare for next exam.

When there is no remedy what advice anybody can give to redressal. You want a pleasing answer rather than redressal. I specifically replied that you have no remedy. If you wish to waste your time and money you can adapt your way. Any discussion in this forum is not unnecessary, we are sparing our time without expecting any returns especially to help people give solutions without running pillar to post and waste their time and money.

Dear Mr. Singla,
When your query itself is of the nature of calling for unnecessary discussions, how you can avoid that. Moreover, being a querist, you cannot issue directives to the experts to give you specific reply that may suit you.
Mind it, answer keys are never uploaded on the website of any organisations just to invite uncontrollable adverse response or litigations from dissatisfied candidates, like you. The departments/ organisations do not make recruitments just to call for troubles for them. Recruitments are made for their own purpose to get their functions handled effectively and efficiently, not for the purpose of fulfilling the wishes of the candidates.
The results of recruitment tests are always confidential with zero tolerance policy for any outside interference in recruitment of any organisation. I do not think that the organisation would provide the answer keys for verification by the individual candidates to satisfy them. They cannot be bound to satisfy you.
High Court can admit your application only if you have some specific proof in support of your grievance or any instance of favouritism to someone ignoring you having been made by the oreganisation in the recruitment process, you can seek justice through court of law. IF NOT, HIGH COURT WOULD NOT ADMIT YOUR CASE.

Dear Dhingra Ji, Kindly consider the following:
1. Regarding uploading of answer keys, it is informed that Punjab Public Service Commission has uploaded the answer keys of PCS(E) 2012 exams & PCS (J) 2012 exams. The Punjab state power corporation Ltd & The Punjab State transmission Corporation Ltd has uploaded the answer keys of each & every recruitment Exam held in 2012 & 2013. The staff selection commission, New Delhi uploads the answer keys of every exam conducted by them & they also invite representations.
2. Discrepencies were observed in PCS(E) & PCS(J) exam. As a result revised merit list was framed as per High court's order.
As per CWP 25139/2012, THE PSTCL,patiala was ordered to revise the answer key of SDO Exam & merit list accordingly.
3.I myself gave certain written test in punjab. After my representation, 6 more marks were given to me & i was promoted from 3rd to 2nd rank.
Considering above, i find very strong reason that answer keys are important for transparency. Kindly comment.

You have quoted several exams, but not about your own "CERTAIN" exam for which you are talking about, whether some departmental exam or the PSC, UPSC or any other exam? In fact, by making a mention of "certain" exam, you have presented a hazy and uncertain query for the experts. Even if the key of your certain exam is uploaded, still the position of last para of my previous exam would hold good. If you have proof against the department/ organization, you can file a petition in the HC.

You seem to be quite right. The querist may not be having the need of any advice, as he seems to remain stick to his own perception, but want advice that may suit to his taste only.
