WHETHER THE COOPERATIVE SOCIETIES CAN CHARGE CAR PARKING CHARGES FROM THE FLAT OWNERS FOR THE COMMON AREA SO BUILT UP FROM THE CONTRIBUTION OF ALL MEMBERS.

There is no legal hurdle to charge such charges to increase the income of the society which in turn is to be incurred on its members.
