Dear Experts,
We have purchased the double bed room apartment through bank auction and took the position.In the document car parking also mentioned.But there is no provision for car parking,Car parking is available only in front of the builder ( Ground Floor), he is not allowing me to park the car.By force I have parked my car after removing he locked the gates.
Now what kind of action I can take, on whom I have to take, Bank or builder. Builder has hypothicated in the bank and bank has auctioned we have purchased through bank auction.

inform the bank that you had purchased flat with car parking . however no parking slot available . please check the court records . whether builder had mortgaged flat with parking slot .
also raise issue with society . if in society records any car parking sot was attached to flat . you ought to have done due diligence before purchase of flat / parking slot
