Respeted seniar I am in practice for last one year ,my fields are mostly civil and labour laws as i am also a commerce graduate I want to shift my direction towards taxation.is it good to switch taxation after one year work in civil

Yes, you can shift as you have commerce background and one year of civil & labour practise does not matter.

YOU MAY PRACTICE AND HANDLE ALL TYPES OF CASES, TAXATION IS A SUBJECT WHERE ALWAYS YOU SHOULD KEEP YOUR KNOWLEDGE UPTO DATE AS REGARDS TO AMMENDMENTS AS PER TAX LAWS.

I SUGGEST YOU MAY PREFER PRACTICING AT CRIMINAL COURTS IT WILL GIVE YOU QUICK RESULTS AND RETURNS AS COMPARED TO CIVIL PRACTICE.

Yes you can start practice in taxation laws without hasitation since you have commerce background it would help. Keep your knowledge upto date in taxation laws to prosper in the profession.
