Case against taken over company

My Father was terminated on 1983 and expired in 2002
Dur to unavoidable reason ,I want to carry on his dispute but is it legally possible

PS:- I am not legal person,if any info is missing please tell and I will gladly provide

Whether any dispute case was already going on during your Father's time since you had mentioned 'I want to carry on his dispute'.If it is so you could be Impleaded in the case as legal heir.If you desire to file fresh it is not possible.

but company is taken over,so will they make ball out of court

When ever there is a take over of company the new management also takes over the liablities of the company also.Issue a Legal intimation to the new management thro'advocate regarding the same.
