Sir,with due respect i am stating that i m student by 1st year student by profession. i want to put your focus on my aunt case which comes under section 498a This case is pending from last 8 years. My aunt is a deaf and dumb and she have three childrens her husband is charged under sec. 498a but till this date he is un traceable,we r nt getting support in this case by authorities ,this is complete injustice victim and his childrens r facing.
i request you to guide us on this issue

Your query is not clear to me as you are silent as in what are specifically you need advice.
If your aunt is deaf and dumb she can apply for quashing of the case on this ground in high court. She has got good merit in this.
If she is not fiancially stable to carry on the case she can ask for free legal aid as well.

Why her husband is missing?
Whether any missing report was lodged and if yes to whom?
Whether her husband was having any property in his name?
What action are being taken on behalf of your aunt?

I champa devi Sharma wife of late. O.P. Sharma, mother of Binu Sharma resident of Nazira want to state that
That madam, my daughter miss. Binu Sharma got married to hanuman Prasad resident of ladiogarh, jorhat district (originally belongs from Rajasthan) details of address of Rajasthan is enclosed here as stated in marriage card
Town- didwana, district nagaur, state Rajasthan.
Madam, my daughter got married with hanuman Prasad on 24th November 1999.
My daughter is deaf and dumb by birth and this fact was well known to the hanuman Prasad and his family well before solemnization of marriage. During their mutual stay of conjugal life till 2008 and they gave birth to 3 children’s name
Urmila Sharma, Pari Sharma, Mohit Sharma.
That madam, during conjugal period hanuman Prasad use to assault and beat now and then and these matters used to be settled amicably no. of times.
however limits has been crossed on 10.6.2008 at 6.30 am her husband at the instigation of his brother shri arjun Sharma and sister-in-law and his nephew shri banti Sharma, assaulted her with fist and blows demamding money and she sustained injuries in hand, legs and back and she was dragged out from the house along with her three kids. As such she has to come back to our house at nazira amullapatty ward no.8,nazira , District Sivsagar , Assam. They have staying with us from last 7 and half years till this date we didn’t get any call and settlement proposal from accused and family members.
Hanuman Prasad Sharma is missing from that date and we registered a case also with case no. GR723/08 by court of judicial magistrate, 1st class Jorhat.
It is request that till date neither family members nor police have tried to trace the location of accused hanuman Prasad and bring him to court of justice.
It is request that your kind intervention into the matter is highly solicited and hope that accused will be brought to the court and my daughter and his three children’s will be provided just justice.

this case is from assam.Her husband absconded from the date we registered the case which is on 10.6.2008. Even the police is not is actively working to search that person. my mail id is kskrish630@gmail.com ,i will grateful to the person who can help us in this case
