you can make application for exemption from personal appearance .courts may grant exemption as your lawyer will be appearing on your behalf

You need not attend very day in each case. Take proper advice with some other advocate.

Try clubbing all 3 cases on one and same day. No need to go thrice for 3 cases. Court will allow that Application.

Also ask Exemption , your advocate's attendance is enough. U need not appear on all dates.

125 * 13 are semi civil/ civil in nature, and u r not accused, so no warrant/ no summons. Ur adv will handle unless for ur own examination.
498, after chg sheet will take very long time to start proceedings, and by that time ur these 2 cases will be over.

All husbands usually suffer this particular situation, as practically all wives file 498/125/pwdv/ sec 13/rcr to harass, so that they get better bargaining power for 13B.
