Why do you need another caste certificate. Caste certificate is enough to get benefit of reservations irrespective of your place of residence.

A cast certificate is understood to be issued by the STATE.

The certificate is of a permanent character
and is expected to be issued once for ever.

Getting it issued twice is an act of fraud played upon the state.

There is no bar to get as many certificates.But you can use only one for getting the benfits.
