Are u being asked to prove whether you are the biological offspring of your late father in the process of considering the Rehabilitation application. You can always prove your point with assistance of docs. like Birth certificate, Educational certificates and information available in records issued by various Govt. authorities like Voter card, land records etc. .Even the office under which your late father worked might be having children info in their records.

You are not introducing facts clearly.

how it is possible for change of cast?

It is not permissible unless a certificate is obtained fraudulently.

Given facts do not indicate the maintainability of any suit.

You have also not pointed out how the different casts are standing in way of compassionate job.

please come clear with facts.

Further for compassionate job the caste certificate is not at all relevant you can claim as general candidate.
