Respected Sir/Madam,
Namaskar
I am a Central Government,Government of India
Employee at Bangalore.I was under suspension period for nearly one year.Whether , I am eligible for increment during my suspension period.
Further,I have taken some leaves which have been regularised as E.O.L by the competent authority.
Whether,I am eligible for increments during the E.O.L period or not.
I will be thankful to you if you could say in this regard to me.If possible guide me with proper guidelines of Government of India.
My all the leaves have been regularised by the competent authority without any penalty in both the case suspension period and E.O.L period.
I will be thankful to you for your guidance in this matter.

Suspension period, if not regularised as duty, would tend to postpone increment for that period.
Similarly, EOL, if not on mdical ground, would tend to postpone increment by that period.
