For SC/SC and Women Advocates, 7 years experience is minimum. A notoral form (duly counter-signed by Judicial Magistrate, Bank Manager, Merchant of the locality) along with prescribed fee to be submitted. There is a limit prescribed for notary appointment in state-level. (I heard that in Tamil Nadu, the prescribed limit of notaries have been reached as such they are not entertaining new applications).
