WE A NEED BRAVE COMPLETE CONSTITUTIONAL EXPERT WHO MAINTAIN THEIR THINKING POWER ABOVE THE CONSTITUTION TO FILE A PETITION IN SC REGARDING OUR SUBJECT.
OUR CONSTITUTION HAS DEGENERATED BECAUSE MALPRACTICE HAS DESTROYED CHECKS AND BALANCE IN THE SYSTEM, IT IS POSSIBLE TO REFORM THE CONSTITUTION TO RESTORE IT’S ORIGINAL INTENT BUT NO PARTY IS ATTEMPTING THAT.
SO WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO FILE PETITION IN SC REGARDING THE SUBJECT "CHALLENGE TO CONSTITUTION."
CAN I APPEAR AND PROSECUTE IN SC AS A CITIZEN PLZ GUIDE ME

You are vague on provision of constitutions you wish to challenge.
A particular Article can be challenged being Ultra Vires but not the whole constitution.

SIMPLE SOLUTION:
- FIRST Sell Tea & Biscuits
- THEN become a Politician
- THEN win central elections with 97% majority
- THEN change .OR. scrap the Constitutions as you wish (If you can dare, at that time)
FILING any petition in SC, and any results thereon, can be easily over-turned by Majority in the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, leading to a stale-mate. This has happened many times and will keep happening in a Democracy.
HOWEVER, the thought is gross hallucination and waste of constructive time and energy.
