Respected Learned Experts. I had lost a case in the trial court. An appeal has been filed in the High Court. My trial court advocate wishes to continue as advocate before High Court also. However, some of my well wishers are advising to engage some other lawyer as the trial court advocate may be having only narrow vision of approach based on the trial court argument. I don't have any misunderstanding with my trial court advocate and I had settled all his fees for the trial court services. Whether change of advocate in the High Court is advisable for an elaborate fresh view by some other advocate? Kindly give me a professional advise in the matter. I reiterate that both my advocate and myself have no issues between us and all his professional fees have been paid fully by me. Thanks in anticipation to one and all in the forum.

If the services and arguments with your trial court advocate are satisfactory to you, ask him without hesitation can argue in high court or not or request him to take the help of any seniors. You can decide yourself after talking to the trial advocate.

No advise can be given on this.
It is purely your own decision.
Why do you want to listen to others opinion on this.
You can use your prudence.
If you do not have any grievance against your advocate and also believe that he is competent to handle the case before the appellate court too, then you can take a considered decision.
