Dear Sir
We married under muslim personal law in 2011. Now My wife wants to change her religion legally. She wishes to tell the world that she belongs to no religion in all her legal documents-school certificates to passport. We are born muslims but do not practise it.
And she wants to re-marry me under special marriage act.
I have no problem if she changes her religion. I do not want to change.
In the above circumstances how do I fulfil her wish of changing her religion or legally declaring that she belongs to no religion.

Change of religion is possible only if she adopts another religion. I am not aware of any ; No Religion' concept warranting conversion to it from another one.

if you have no problem if your wife changes her religion then agree to her wishes for getting remarried under SMA

You are already married, no need of marrying again with you.
