I want to change my lawyer and want to have new lawyer. I asked for no objection certificate from my lawyer. he is not giving that to me. Can some one tell me clearly 1) what should i do now if he does not give.
2) can i complain to any one ? if so how should i approach them ? where can i find that authorities office ?
3) will those authorities take any kind of action on my lawyer ?

If your Advocate not giving The no objection certificate on Vakalat file an application in the court for his terminatio as ur Advocate---Under order 3 of C.P.C. gives u the right to choose ur pleader.

1) Write a notice/letter asking for withdrawn is power and ask for NOC in writing and pay his payments. If he refuses.
2) Make complaint in writing to the local Bar Association. You can find them in website.
3) Without file Bar Association shall initiate proceedings against such indiscipline lawyers.
