Charging more than printed price or valued price in invoice.

Recently a book is purchased from an online book seller in India.The online book seller sells the books of foreign book seller also.Buyer was charged approx Rs.5000/- but the book which is received shows printed price 18 US dollar and as per invoice which is sent with the book shows price 11 US dollar.

What can be done as per Indian Laws as the online book seller doing theirs business in India ???????

Price are inclusive of Delivery charges and all taxes.

Have you ordered after knowing the total price? If so, you should not have taken delivery of the book on receipt. Take up the matter with the supplier.
