Respected Sir,
We are into construction. We have served our client by renovating their project. They are now refusing to part with the money stated in the bill. The works executed added up on request and were not part of the initial contract. As the agreement was on an e-mail and not for what the works in totality, will the case I'm levying against them stand and will i see justice? We have served them without any expectation on humanitarian grounds and have been cheated for doing good to them. Kindly answer my query. Thank you.

Issue them a notice stating the facts. See their response and come back to us.

Cause to issue a lawyer notice to the party explaining all the facts and events and demanding the payment of the bill. If the money is not paid within a specified period, you may proceed by filing suit.
