Cheque bounce, filing court case

I have finished giving notice for cheque bounce from a builder. Now my lawyer says, need to file court case. But not clearly gives me an idea of the cost for the case. Also I need a good lawyer to fight a case in Bangalore South.

Hello Mr.Rakesh your lawyer is right.If the builder does not comply with your notice you have to file complaint in the court.Rough idea of the cost can be given by the lawyer you wish to hire but it will not be excessive..Thank You

He quotes 1.5 lakhs for all court activities. His fee will be a surprise at the end. Can you share your contact details.
